Any registration received after these dates will incur a $10 late fee per registration. No registrations accepted after January 24th

*If this is your child’s first season playing, you will need his/her birth certificate/passport to register. You will scan and upload it on the registration site. If your child has played with LBSA previously, then his/her birth certificate should already be uploaded.

VERY IMPORTANT - MUST READ!!!

If your child has played for LBSA or Ohio North in the past, your family will already be in the system. If you still use the same email address that we have on file, you can enter that and select "Forgot Username or Password?" (see below). DO NOT create a new account.

If your child has played before and you try to create a new account, you will see the "Warning Duplicate Account Found!" screen below. Please read and follow the instructions to update your information within the existing account.

PAYMENT:

 $55 on time registration, w/Late Fee - $65

Family Cap - $120

If you choose to pay online there is a $2 fee for credit cards, or $5 fee for an e-check.  This not per child, but per transaction, with a payment plan available (3 transactions).

If you choose to pay by check, registration is NOT complete until payment is received. PAYMENTS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY January 18th(no late fee) or January 24th (with $10 late fee per registration).

PARENTAL SUPPORT:

We ask for active participation of all parents in our program. One of the goals of LB Soccer is to create an atmosphere of fun and learning where players have the opportunity to participate in the majority of each game.  We need parents to volunteer in order for this to happen.  Please consider coaching.  Experience not required.  There are many veteran coaches willing to help you get started.  Please indicate on your player's registration if you would be interested volunteering to be a coach, assistant coach and/or help with field lining.   

*If you are interested in coaching, you'll need to register online, too. Just check "Coach/Admin Registration" in addition to "Player Registration" on the first screen. In addition to the registration at this site, you are also required to fill out online the Risk Management form along with taking a concussion course required by the state. Only 2 assistant coaches per team are permitted on the sidelines with the head coach during a game under BSSL rules.  Coaches and volunteers are required to follow all Black Swamp and Liberty Benton soccer rules.
